CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Please submit your abstracts by APRIL 22 (Fri), 2011.

Oral presentation is for invited speakers only.
We accept poster presentation. Best 4 poster presentations will be awarded.

Please read the following instructions thoroughly before submission.
Abstract submission

Instruction for Abstract Submission
The abstract must be meet the following requirements:
    The abstract must be original and unpublished. 
    Language: English
    Volume: 250 words or less (including Title, Author's name and Institution)
    Chart, image and photograph are not accepted.



PUBLICATIONS

The accepted abstracts will be published in the program of the 4th Annual SRC Symposium. In addition, we plan to prepare a special issue in The Cerebellum for the symposium. All symposiasts are encouraged to submit an article to the special issue. Authors for awarded posters are also encouraged to submit.


INSTRUCTION FOR PRESENTATION

Oral Presentation

Presentation Time:
Each presenter has 17 min of presentation followed by a 3 minutes discussion.

Registration of Presentation
Speakers should make registration of presentation by 9:30 (Symposium 1 and 2), or by 13:30 (Symposium 3-5). You could use either your own PC or our official PC, but please let us know which you prefer upon registration. The OS and presentation software of our official PC are Widows 7 and Microsoft Powerpoint 2010, respectively. If you want to use other OS (i.e. Macintosh) or other software, please use your own computer. If movies are included, we strongly encourage using your own computer.If you use your own computer, please start your computer ahead of your presentation.
For your carry-on PC, only Mini D-Sub15 pin is available to connect with a slide projector. The voltage used in Japan is 100 volts. The shape of electrical outlet is 2-flat-pin type. Purchasing a plug adaptor beforehand is advised.

Poster Presentation

Registration
All presenters are required to register at the registration desk by 9:30. Please mount and remove your posters by yourself.Push pins are provided at the registration desk.

Poster size
The size of poster board is 90cm (width) x 120cm (height). Board number is indicated in each poster panel.

Poster Discussion
Presentation time will be 14:50 ~ 15:50. Each presenter will receive a ribbon at the registration desk. All presenters are requested toware their ribbons on their chests, and be at the poster by the designated presentation time.
