If you want to attend the congress without submitting an
abstract, please send an emial to congress secretariat (phys-cong@nori3.dept.med.gunma-u.ac.jp)
before the meeting. Then we will
send an email confirming your pre-Meeting registration.
Please bring this letter to registration desk at the meeting
and pay the fee with pre-Meeting price. You could also register
on-site, which is slightly more expensive. Badge will be
provided at the registration desk.

Abstract submission
1. Abstracts can be submitted until Wednesday, December
7, 2005, 17:00 PM, Japanese Time.
2. Submission must be done online (https://endai.umin.ac.jp/reg/input.cgi?site_id=A00116-00010-022).
If you want to apply for travel grant, please send the abstract
directly to the secretiat (phys-cong@nori3.dept.med.gunma-u.ac.jp)
3. Revision of abstracts will be available by deadline.
4. Abstracts are allowed 1,800 characters. Note that the
abstract title, authors/institutions, and disclosure information
are also counted toward this allotment. Figures and photographs
are not available. Spaces are included in the total character
count.
5. Authorship on multiple abstracts is permitted.
6. The contact/presenting author on the abstract must attend
the meeting to validate the abstract.
7. Submitting an abstract register you for the meeting.
Please pay the registration fee (pre-meeting price) at the
on-site registration desk. Badge will be provided at the
registration desk.

Letter
of Invitation: Participants who require a letter of invitation
in order to obtain a visa to enter Japan must request it to the secretariat. (These
invitations do not imply a commitment by the organizers to bear any expenses) Certificates
of Attendance and Presentation: A certificate of attendance/presentation
will be available upon request during the meeting at the Registration Desk. Certificates
will not be issued after the Congress. Travel Grants:
An organizing committee would like to offer a travel grant (JPY100,000/ person)
for participants from outside of Japan. Applicant must be both the first and presenting
author of the abstract. The committee will select winners based on scoring of
abstracts. The committee will notify all winners (maximum 10 winners) by email
by December 15, 2005 and will post the names of all winners on its Web site in
January.
Deadline of submission will be on December 7, 2005.
Applicant must submit an abstract directly to secretariat by e-mail. The address
is: phys-cong@nori3.dept.med.gunma-u.ac.jp. Abstract should include title, author,
institution and body. Make the abstract concise to be less than 1800 characters
including space. For further question, please send the email to the same address
